Gen Muda, kita semua pasti tidak asing dengan istilah teamwork, atau yang biasa kita sebut kerja kelompok. Selama kita berkuliah, kerja kelompok tidak jarang diterapkan oleh dosen-dosen kita, bukan?
Pada dasarnya, kerja kelompok memiliki segudang manfaat, khususnya bagi kita, para mahasiswa. Kerja kelompok mendorong interaksi, membantu kita membangun hubungan dengan rekan kerja kita, dan juga mempersiapkan kita buat dunia kerja nanti.
Akan tetapi, kerja kelompok juga tidak selalu mudah, lho. Dimana banyak orang berkumpul, pasti di sana terdapat banyak pendapat yang berbeda. Kesibukan dan kegesitan setiap orang pun mungkin berbeda, sehingga dinamika para anggota kelompok jadi terancam. Alhasil, proses dan hasil pekerjaannya pun jadi tidak maksimal.
